Step 1 - Please submit a formal Letter of Invitation on church/ministry letterhead and fax or mail to:

• Please include dates, times and type of event you are hosting, in your invitation. If you have flexibility with your dates, include that information as well in the event that your first choice is not available.
• Due to the number of requests, only Letters of Invitation submitted by fax or mail will be accepted for consideration.
• All responses to Letters of Invitations will be handled either via phone or email.

Once step 1 is completed, please proceed to step 2.
